Our expertise spans design disciplines including high-end residential, corporate, boutique hotels and hospitality. We offer a turn-key service from the first design concept, procurement, through to completion or a partial design depending on the client's requirements.
We carefully assess each and every client's requirements and create interior design that embraces their lifestyle, aspirations and budget.
Below is the process from brief to completion.
We require a brief and/or site visit to ascertain the requirements and scope of works. For this initial service, we charge an inspection fee plus travel costs. Floor plans and photos that can be provided assist the process greatly. If a site visit is not possible, we can engage in a virtual video site visit.
Our design fees include detailed design images, furniture layout floor plans, a schedule of recommended softs, furnishings and fixtures and a schedule of costs. We charge for this service due to the amount of time and expertise required to facilitate all of the above.
We highly recommend that we facilitate this process since we have a comprehensive stable of professional suppliers. For this service we levy 12% on total costs including the appointment and supervision of sub-contractors. However, clients are free to do the procurement if they so wish.
During the process of procurement, all procured items are sent to and stored with an installation company which is a separate cost to the client. Once all items are ready for delivery, then the sub-contracted installation company facilitates a white glove installation under our supervision.
